Verre Eglomisé artist Miriam Ellner will be conducting a workshop in October that should prove to be very interesting and informative for anyone interested in decorative painting and gilded-glass artwork. Several years ago we did a project presented by her on Martha Stewart Living that has become a masterpiece and point of conversation.

Would love to know the steps in making this amazing mirror. I have the work sheet from MStewart but can’t find the gelatin sheets and how do you get those really cool old little splotches of black? Before you put the silver leaf down, or after. Thanks
